How Can severe Jock Itch On The Testicle Be Treated?

I have what i am assuming is jock itch on my left testicle i have taken a good shower and it has already started to clear up but now the problem is i guess it was in my fingernails still even though i scrubbed them thouroughly and now my left eyelid has the same itchy redness and burning. I cant seem to find what creme i should buy or take for this since it is near my eye please help
